1. What is Checkpoint exam?

Checkpoint is a student proficiency test used for the final year of primary education (5-11 years old) and secondary education (11-14 years old). The test helps identify students’ strengths and weaknesses in Math, Science, and English.

The test is graded by Cambridge International and the certificate is internationally valid for transfer to the next level of study. In addition to its academic value, Checkpoint program also helps students develop a global perspective.

2. Is doing outside extra Checkpoint class necessary?

Extra-curricular Checkpoint tutoring is an option that helps students keep up with the program in class. The time students have to interact with knowledge at school is quite limited, moreover, students often have a lot of different subjects in the same semester, so it is difficult to understand the background of important subjects.

In the process of tutoring, students will review the knowledge they have learned in the most general way, and practice with key questions to make sure everything related to the subject that they had problems with before.
