- Academic: Calculated by an average of 2-3 years before making an application to study abroad. The admission score is 6.0-6.5 and the higher the score, the wider the selection path as well as the school level. Well-known universities usually require an 8.0-9.0 entrance score and higher education requires an 8.0, while college only requires an 6.0-6.5.
- English: Each country, each level and each school sets different standards of English for entry. Therefore, students need to practice English as soon as possible. If you choose to study high school, ideally you should achieve IELTS at least 5.0 from grade 8 and if you choose to study at a college or university, you should get IELTS at least 5.5 from grade 11.
- Financial: Depending on the country and level, visa procedures may require the student’s family to prove their ability to pay tuition and living expenses with accumulated assets and legal monthly income. There are currently Canadian waivers of financial proof for college and university studies (SDS program). Especially, from September 27th, 2018, Vietnamese students are exempted from financial proof when applying for a student visa to most schools in Australia, from high school to graduate.
- Migration history: It is the family’s history of traveling, studying abroad… going as much as possible but must obey the law, go back on time and have never had a violation.
- Judicial record: Students and parents have never had a criminal record.
- Learning and working process: Is the learning and working process continuous, have you ever dropped out of school or cheated during your studies, or suddenly changed careers for unknown reasons?
