How to register for ACT in Vietnam?

ITT – Currently, many students are aiming for an international ACT certificate to serve as a springboard for their US study abroad. However, many people still do not know how to register for ACT in Vietnam. ACT does not assess intelligence, but only focuses on natural and social knowledge. ACT wants to assess whether students have prepared the knowledge necessary to enter university through their academic efforts. ACT is an annual examination held from September to December, February, April, and June. How to register for ACT in Vietnam? To register for the exam, candidates need to follow these steps:
  1. Visit page: my.act.org
  2. Create an ACT account:
  • Candidates need to create a MyACT account to register for the exam.
  • Candidates register their full name, date of birth, and personal information exactly according to the information on the passport. Candidates must bring their passport on the day of the examination.
  • Check your email to activate MyACT account.
  1. Schedule an exam:
* The registration process will take about 30 minutes, candidates need to have the following information:
  • International payment card or e-voucher code.
  • Email address.
  • High school transcript.
* Visit my.act.org, log in to MyACT and follow the steps to register for the exam:
  • Choose the test (Writing or Non-Writing).
  • Choose test time and location.
  • Enter information about high school transcripts upon request.

* Payment of exam fees: Option 1: Direct payment by international payment card. Option 2: Before registering for an exam, candidates contact EMG Education to buy a prepaid voucher and pay the exam fee in VND. Candidates will be provided with the voucher via email and use the code provided at the checkout stage.
  • Prepaid Voucher (without Writing test): VND 3,600,000.
  • Prepaid Voucher (with Writing test): VND 4,000,000.
